1. Digital Services & Study Materials
Since our Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital services and downloads, we generally do not provide refunds after a service is purchased. We encourage all users to sign up for our free 2-day trial to evaluate the service before making a final purchase.
2. Physical Books & Practice Papers
For physical products ordered through KPSC Vaani, we utilize India Post for reliable shipping across Karnataka and India.
- Tracking: It is the user’s responsibility to track the product using the consignment (tracking) number provided in the "My Orders" section.
- Return Eligibility: Returns are only acceptable for defective or damaged items. This includes printing errors, missing pages, or significant physical damage sustained during transit.
- Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for "change of mind" or for books that show signs of use, marking, or wear after delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return
If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
