2. Physical Books & Practice Papers

For physical products ordered through KPSC Vaani, we utilize India Post for reliable shipping across Karnataka and India.

• Tracking: It is the user’s responsibility to track the product using the consignment (tracking) number provided in the "My Orders" section.
• Return Eligibility: Returns are only acceptable for defective or damaged items. This includes printing errors, missing pages, or significant physical damage sustained during transit.
• Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for "change of mind" or for books that show signs of use, marking, or wear after delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return
